Same Day Delivery Adelaide Metro?

Express Shipping will be between 1-2 business days
All orders placed before 12pm between Monday and Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.  Once we have shipped your order, you will receive confirmation email with a tracking number. All delivery timeframes are from the day the order has been shipped and they will be sent with an external courier company. 
At the moment, Ceroon and external couriers are completing contactless delivery whenever possible. 
 
What are the delivery fees?
The delivery fee is calculated during the checkout process and is calculated by suburb.
  What areas do you deliver to?
Ceroon delivers Australia wide. 
Same day delivery if orders are placed before 12pm in the Adelaide Metro area. 
 
Can you guarantee a specific time for delivery?
Ceroon cannot guarantee specific time jobs. We will make every attempt to honour your delivery request. All deliveries going to a business address will be delivered by close of business.
What happens if my delivery cannot be delivered?
Each delivery is different to the next. During the ordering process, we ask for a sender and recipient mobile number, as we cannot guarantee that the recipient will pick up their mobile, we ask you to have your phone on stand by just incase a delivery issue comes up and extra information is needed.
99% of the time, all delivery issues are fixed within 5 minutes of the issue occurring. We are more than happy to arrange a new delivery (With a new delivery fee), a pick up or to discuss an alternate place to leave the order at the recipients location.
All delivery issues are easily fixed when staff, courier and senders work together promptly! If you have any issues or worries about a delivery, please don't hesitate to email us at hello@ceroon.com.au

What does it mean if I select Yes/No to the "Leave Unattended" question on my delivery?
When the courier arrives to the delivery location and the recipient is not home, the courier will then look to see if the order can be left by the front door.

If the sender has ticked 'Yes' to leaving unattended by the front door, the courier will place the package next to the front door in a non-visible area from the street.

If the sender has ticked 'No' to leaving unattended by the door, Ceroon's staff will firstly contact the sender to discuss what they would like to do next. If not able to get in contact with the sender, we will then call the recipient to see if we can get permission to leave the order by the door (If the courier believes it is safe, sometimes this cannot happen due to locked gates etc.)
The courier can wait a maximum of five minutes at the recipient's location, until they will have to move on to their busy schedule.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD)
